- Secondary Student Registration Form with a consent form attached
- Grade 9 Course Selection Form
- Flyer from Maddalena Uniforms
To register, please submit:
- Completed and signed registration and consent form<
- Completed Course Selection form
- Activity Fee $55.00 - Online https://ncdsb.schoolcashonline.com or Cheque payable to Saint Paul Catholic High School or Cash
*Note: the paper registration will be followed by online registration at your child’s elementary school in December, with the assistance of a Saint Paul counsellor.
